I stayed there for a week with no issues whatsoever nice quiet , staff is very accommodating and helpful, mini fridge in room very helpful storing some medicine i had , would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Clean room, great location, friendly staff and great atmosphere

This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

The AC was not very strong and my room was not very cool. Because the weather was extremely hot outside, I did not explore the amenities, except for multiple showers to cool down and made clothing changes during my short visit. Hotels.com had canceled my reservation because I missed some kind of payment update that was needed (night before traveling there) AFTER confirmation and itinerary emails were sent. Luckily and thankfully staff was able to get a room despite hotel being fully booked, but the "upgrade" was from a King bed with city view to a tiny room (even tighter tiny bathroom space) with 2 double beds on the first floor with a view of the street, so I was a bit disappointed. The location and the view were why I chose this hotel. Also, the TV did not work (no signal) as well.
